“We all depend on deep species relations. We are nested within each other. Each of us is a collection of a huge diversity of life.”

–Dr. Jerome Lewis, Associate Professor of Anthropology, UCL

VISION

A world in which biological and cultural diversity are valued, celebrated, and flourishing.

MISSION

To centre life’s rich and complex diversity in the restoration of planetary health.

GOALS

  • We have strengthened aligned movements and relationships by actively building cross-cultural and cross-sectoral connections.
  • We have seeded an understanding of the importance of biocultural diversity and traditional/Indigenous knowledge systems within targeted sectors and our network. We collate and share the different ways this is manifesting in places of impact.
  • We have fostered an environment for embodied, emergent and aligned responses to flow, equipping our community to find their unique role in creating a flourishing future.

Our approaches to achieve those goals

Our approaches to
achieve those goals

We harvest and shape narratives that bring to life Biocultural diversity, communicating stories in ways that ripple positive change out into the world.

Strategic
convening

By creating well held opportunities for deep listening and dialogue, we strategically plant seeds in influential spaces.

Deeper
engagement

We facilitate relationships within our network that support our audience to deeply consider and embody alternative pathways, acknowledging that individual shifts precipitate new cultural habits and systems. This contributes to showcasing a diversity of answers to the perennial question “What can I do?”
