Dedicated to using architecture as a ‘transformative engine for change’, the MASS Design Group has collaborated with local communities around the world to address issues ranging from maternal and infant mortality, improved education for the deaf, and racial injustice.
In a quest sparked by a personal event, Michael Murphy (co-founder and CEO of MASS Design Group) asked why ‘great’ architecture is so rare and seems to serve so few? And given all the creative talent available, what more could we do?
